If you discover a quality issue with the product upon receipt, we can either send you a new one or you may choose to initiate a refund.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped.
